Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The order still contains all original parts and components, and the packaging is intact and as received.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

  3. For products where hygiene is essential, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@annas-undies.com.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • Customer’s first and last name

    • Customer’s full address

We will then provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Important: Never send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide the correct warehouse address once your return request is approved. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal (Stornobau)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

As we operate a fully automated order system, all orders are executed immediately once placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order has been dispatched. Cancellation is only possible after receipt of the goods, by returning them to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Anna’s Undies, info@annas-undies.com) clearly (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer. If goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the goods and then initiate the return. You may still notify us in advance of your intent to cancel.

For the fastest processing, please provide us with your return shipping confirmation once available.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs, and excluding any additional charges if you selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer). Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this repayment.
